Responsibilities
Source, screen, and qualify candidates for service technician, outside sales, and support roles across multiple branches
Manage job postings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms to maximize applicant flow
Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process
Maintain accurate candidate records within our ATS and ensure compliance with Aruza hiring standards
Build effective talent pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, and industry engagement
Support hiring initiatives such as job fairs, open houses, and recruiting events
Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up
Partner with branch leadership to understand staffing needs and adapt recruiting strategies accordingly
Assist with onboarding coordination and ensure new hires have a seamless transition into the company
Qualification
Required
1+ year of recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple positions at once
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and major job boards
High level of urgency, accountability, and self-motivation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Preferred
Experience recruiting hourly, field-based, or home services roles
