They are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to fill the Area Director of Revenue Strategy position, responsible for optimizing revenue strategies across multiple properties in Hawaii.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute on all revenue strategies across multiple properties in Hawaii
Drive long-term success through the optimization of channel management, distribution systems and pricing for a cluster of properties and their vacation rental units
Establish and execute a pricing strategy ensuring that we meet or exceed the revenue targets for each one of the properties in designated cluster
Communicate this strategy to various stakeholders both internally and externally
Provide reporting and analysis of all aspects of the Revenue Management service including performance metrics, trends, forecasting, and the identification of growth opportunities
Responsible for the reservations and revenue teams in Hawaii

Qualification

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in related field
10+ years of progressive revenue leadership experience, preferably in luxury travel, vacation rentals, or resort hospitality
Comprehensive understanding of demand evaluation and analysis
Ability to evaluate and execute a results-driven action plan
Highly technical and proficient in the systems of HMS Infor, Duetto, Sabre Synxis, Beyond Pricing, Track PMS, Keydata, Profitsword, etc
A strong user of Excel, Power Point and Power BI
