Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in the home setting
Provide strategic and operational leadership for the hospice branch
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate patient care in the home setting
Oversee and direct all clinical and office operations, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, productivity, and efficient use of resources
Work closely with leadership and staff to maintain regulatory compliance, drive performance outcomes, and support sustainable branch growth
Serve as a liaison to the Governing Body, playing a key role in communication, reporting, and alignment with organizational goals and standards
Qualification
Required
Compassionate and experienced registered nurse
Leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in the home setting
Strategic and operational leadership for the hospice branch
Overall leadership, direction, growth, and culture of the branch
Fostering an environment of excellence, compliance, and teamwork
Overseeing and directing all clinical and office operations
Ensuring appropriate staffing levels, productivity, and efficient use of resources
Maintaining regulatory compliance
Driving performance outcomes
Supporting sustainable branch growth
Serving as a liaison to the Governing Body
Communication, reporting, and alignment with organizational goals and standards
Strong background in hospice or healthcare operations
