Responsibilities

Contribute to the design, development, unit/load testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications
Build and enhance Windows-based applications
Monitor and maintain existing applications, identifying and fixing errors and improving overall system performance
Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines to deploy code across various environments
Partner closely with Business Analysts and QA teams to ensure all code aligns with business requirements and quality standards

Required

0–2 years of .NET development experience (internships and academic projects are highly valued)
Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/Core, ASP.NET (MVC/WebForms), and WPF
Hands-on experience with WCF services, LINQ-to-SQL, ADO.NET, and Entity Framework
Experience with SQL Server, including the ability to enhance and debug SQL queries
Familiarity with Visual Studio
A strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and basic debugging/unit testing
Proactive problem-solver with a high attention to detail
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks under pressure
Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with (or eager to learn) Agile practices and task tracking through ADO boards
Continuous learning mindset and readiness to adapt to enterprise-level standards
Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders
