Creating documentation such as RFIs, and client correspondence on issues related to the notification provisions in contracts

Reading and understanding construction plans and drawings and the technical specifications associated with drawings

Preparing subcontract scopes and contracts

Experience with project close out

Working with cost control systems

3+ Years of experience creating documentation such as RFIs, and client correspondence on issues related to the notification provisions in contracts

3+ years of reading and understanding construction plans and drawings and the technical specifications associated with drawings. Able to outline specifications required for submission to clients and ensure submittals and shop drawings are approved

2+ years preparing subcontract scopes and contracts

2+ years experience with project close out

1+ years working with cost control systems

Bachelor's Degree - Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 3 years prior relevant experience
