Responsibilities
Assist in preparation of payroll tax journal entries, including intercompany transactions
Assist with payroll tax account reconciliations
Manage payroll tax inbox and ensure communications are forwarded to the applicable party for resolution
Assist in responding to employee questions
Maintain log of payroll tax notices and monitor to ensure timely resolution
Assist in updating employee tax withholding information in SAP ECP
Maintain schedule of unemployment tax rates and update as needed
Qualification
Required
High School/GED and 2 years of additional education and/or experience in payroll and/or payroll tax
Preferred
Experience working in payroll for large organization with operations in multiple states and localities
Experience with SAP ECP
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical abilities
