This role involves representing the company at industry events, developing RFP strategies, and advising clients on grant opportunities to support public-sector growth in mobility.

Responsibilities

Represent Transit Technologies as a public-facing leader at industry conferences, panels, webinars, and media opportunities

Build and strengthen relationships with transit thought leaders, government stakeholders, and industry influencers

Host and moderate high-impact webinars and roundtables, positioning the company as a trusted innovator

Collaborate with marketing to craft content and campaigns that elevate the company’s profile and forward-looking vision

Partner with proposal, product, and sales teams to improve the quality, precision, and competitiveness of RFP responses

Develop internal playbooks, templates, and best practices for municipal, state, and federal procurements

Provide strategic oversight, storytelling, and quality control for complex technical submissions

Assist client agencies in identifying and pursuing federal, state, and local transportation grants

Lead and support the drafting of competitive grant applications (FTA, DOT, etc.)

Serve as a trusted advisor for agencies seeking funding for paratransit, microtransit, and fixed-route innovation

Required

Significant experience in public transit, mobility policy, or government funding programs

Strong track record of developing persuasive RFPs, proposals, or grant submissions

Strategic thinker who thrives in both collaborative cross-functional work and independent leadership

Ability to balance external thought leadership with hands-on process improvement
