Responsibilities

Possess extensive knowledge of machining processes, including CNC machining, and electromechanical assembly techniques
Rapidly generate plans for production and lead execution to ensure all customer requirements including quality and lead time are met
Work closely with a diverse team of engineers, designers, and manufacturing personnel to identify and resolve complex manufacturing challenges
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress, and generate regular reports to communicate project status to customers

Required

Possess extensive knowledge of machining processes, including CNC machining, and electromechanical assembly techniques
Familiarity with a wide range of surface treatments and finishing processes is essential
Rapidly generate plans for production and lead execution to ensure all customer requirements including quality and lead time are met
Work closely with a diverse team of engineers, designers, and manufacturing personnel to identify and resolve complex manufacturing challenges
Communicate challenges and technical questions to customer engineering teams
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress, and generate regular reports to communicate project status to customers
Minimum of 4 years of direct and relevant experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for liaising with team members and customers, presenting technical information, and documenting project progress
Proven experience in a CNC machining and assembly environment, with practical knowledge of cutting tools, work holding, and fixture design
Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles and experience with inspection techniques to ensure product quality
Proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD) software, project management tools, and data analysis applications

Preferred

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial) is preferred
Ability to think critically and creatively to identify and resolve technical challenges
Ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve project objectives
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment
Commitment to identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains
