Responsibilities

Leads project team to design, develop, and implement computer-based information systems

Performs complex systems design and analysis

Assures functional needs are met in the preparation of specifications, design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation and documentation of software, assisting less experienced staff as necessary

Provides technical advice to staff and trains less experienced staff members

Develops and maintains effective client/user relations of assigned projects

Assures completion of assigned projects within time and budget constraints

Coordinates activities with other Team Leads, CIT staff, and other laboratory staff as needed

Maintains and enhances current professional and technical knowledge

Required

Bachelor's in Business Administration, Finance or Management Information; eight years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and or experience in a related field

Must have a DoD Secret security clearance

Over 15 years of experience in program analysis and acquisition management

Support agile software development efforts

Manage product roadmaps, backlog grooming, and technical documentation reviews

Expertise in cyber software assurance and transitioning capabilities

Proficiency in tools like JIRA/GitLab and MS Project
