Responsibilities

Support sales teams in executing a One Bank strategy and growing market share
Retain and deepen client relationships by providing exceptional client experience and support that is knowledgeable, timely and professional
Proactively work to identify potential problems, compliance issues, and to maximize client satisfaction and encourage expansion of the relationship
Identify products and services that realize clients’ unmet needs
Oversee risk and compliance obligations by ensuring timely and accurate adherence to all procedural, policy, and regulatory requirements

Required

Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience
Typically, five or more years of job-related experience

Preferred

Experience working with business clients
Proven customer service and problem resolution skills
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
