Responsibilities
Lead and engage in process integration and user acceptance testing for new workflow solutions
Develop and standardize labeling processes, ensuring clear communication of changes to stakeholders
Collaborate with teams to align operations with established standards and workflows
Identify and lead projects to enhance service quality and efficiency
Provide support to Design Operations teams and manage necessary escalations
Create and maintain documentation for new processes and system implementations
Act as the primary contact for internal customers to clarify processes and resolve issues
Qualification
Required
Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, data management; not just proficiency)
Strong data management experience (cleaning, structuring, moving datasets)
3–5 years relevant experience
Industry experience in Med device or pharma experience
Labeling / print-on-demand software experience (NiceLabel, Loftware, KOSA, Prisym, Coats, other print vendor systems)
Familiarity with UAT, SIT, or other testing process
Ability to say 'no' appropriately and manage competing site requests
Preferred
SAP experience is highly preferred
