They are seeking a Senior Millwright / Reliability Specialist to support rotating equipment reliability across multiple industrial customer sites in the Dallas–Fort Worth region, focusing on diagnostics, data analysis, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Perform vibration analysis, oil analysis, and other condition monitoring techniques to assess the health of rotating equipment
Analyze trends and operating data (vibration, lubrication, temperature, pressure, flow, load, efficiency) to identify developing failure modes
Manage vibration and oil analysis databases to ensure accurate, actionable data
Specify, install, and commission vibration monitoring systems including sensors, transmitters, probes, cabling, and grounding
Lead and support mechanical repairs, rebuilds, alignments, balancing, and upgrades on rotating equipment
Apply strong millwright fundamentals including bearings, seals, fits and tolerances, alignment, and installation best practices
Provide on-site and remote technical support to field maintenance teams
Serve as a technical authority for rotating equipment troubleshooting and diagnostics
Partner with operations, maintenance, and reliability teams to prioritize and execute corrective actions
Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) efforts by providing historical vibration and lubrication data
Document findings, deficiencies, and corrective actions in CMMS systems
Identify, justify, and assist with procurement of predictive maintenance equipment and critical spares
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining rotating equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment
Category II Vibration Analysis certification preferred (strong Category I candidates with extensive rotating equipment experience will be considered)
Ability to wire and unwire 480 V 3-phase motors
Working knowledge of oil analysis and predictive maintenance methodologies
Strong understanding of rotating equipment fundamentals, including assembly, repair, tooling, and installation
Proven ability to interpret vibration and lubrication data and recommend corrective actions
Proficiency with vibration data acquisition software and diagnostic equipment
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Computer proficiency (CMMS, MS Office, email, reporting tools)
Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and navigate multi-level industrial facilities
Preferred
Category III (or higher) Vibration Analysis certification
Oil analysis certification (ICML, STLE, or similar)
Experience specifying and installing permanent vibration monitoring systems
Knowledge of proper sensor installation and grounding practices
Motor Circuit Analysis (MCA) or PDMA testing experience
Shop and field balancing experience
Experience with centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, turbines, gearboxes, blowers, pumps, chillers, and motors
RCA facilitation or leadership experience
