Develop and maintain reports and dashboards utilizing SQL and BI tools
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend technical solutions
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and analyses
Perform data profiling and validation to identify anomalies
Document data processes and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
Provide regular project updates and maintain strong communication with customers
Mentor junior team members and offer technical training as needed
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices

Required

5+ years of experience in healthcare business analysis with a focus on data analysis
Proficient in SQL development, including performance tuning

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Preferred

Experience in developing quality metrics such as HEDIS or similar measures
Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
