Responsibilities
Support daily technical and operational tasks
Answer/route calls and review store reports
Maintain vendor relationships and contact lists
Liaise between Tech Dept., internal teams, and external partners
Interpret between English ↔ Japanese
Coordinate technician travel
Assist with game installations, updates, and layout changes
Manage parts inventory and verify store orders
Handle supply requests, shipping, and equipment coordination
Help with payments and new store setups
Qualification
Required
Strong MS Office skills (Excel required)
Bilingual English/Japanese
Excellent communication & organizational skills
Detail-oriented and able to multitask
