Business Development Director - CRO

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to expand the CROs footprint in the U.S. market, focusing on biotech and pharma clients
Manage the full sales cycle for high-value accounts, with typical deal sizes ranging from $2M–$10M and aspirations for $30M–$40M global programs
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
Represent the CRO during proposals, bid defenses, and strategic discussions with prospective clients

Required

5–10 years of proven success in CRO sales

Therapeutic Areas of focus include Oncology, Immunology, and Neurology
