Responsibilities
Operate. Stand up 0→1 pilots, build dashboards, manage week-over-week KPIs and turn wins into scalable processes
Launch. You may launch net-new merchants, experiment new initiatives and run in market tests
Analyze. Build models using Excel and SQL to evaluate expansion opportunities and prioritize the next bets
Build. Translate consumer, merchant and dasher needs into product requirements, operational improvements and tangible outcomes
Collaborate and Influence. You’ll partner with and lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, finance, marketing and other folks on strategy & operations
Qualification
Required
1-2+ years of experience in similar cultures that are highly analytical and cross-functional (whether in marketplaces, logistics, tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or a related experience)
Ability to thrive in ambiguous, startup environments and work on a project basis
Strong analytical skills, comfortable pulling data in SQL and building models in Excel
Adaptability to chase new tools and ways to become more efficient, including the use of AI
Completed Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or relevant field
Currently based in New York or San Francisco
