Responsibilities
Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with managers, consultants, and contractors
Develop and review design presentations, construction documents, and permit submissions
Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning, ADA, and applicable standards
Participate in client meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
Support construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, and site visits
Uphold design quality, accuracy, and consistency across all project phases
Qualification
Required
Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
Active architectural license
3–7 years of architectural experience with project coordination
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and related design/documentation tools
Strong knowledge of building codes and permitting processes
Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
