Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) equipment
Perform Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) of equipment as an authorized person and under properly performed LOTO conditions
Conduct daily safety and task planning discussions including pre-task planning, Job Hazard Assessments (JHAs), and Risk Assessments (RAs)
Interact with vendors and customers in a professional manner
Act as a team member to support site work which could include supervising field work onsite focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency
Qualification
Required
3- 4+ years of electrical proficiency relating to electrical systems and components is required
Excellent written and verbal skills to meet Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) internal and external requirements is required
Candidates must be able to comply with OSHA Standards
Candidates must have a valid driver's license for at least a year
Preferred
3- 4+ years of Renewable energy experience is preferred
Post-secondary education is preferred
Electrical certifications are preferred such as OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and NFPA70E
Candidates residing in the Maricopa, Arizona area preferred
