Area Sales Manager - B2B
DSI Systems Inc., an Authorized AT&T Distributor Partner, is seeking an Area Sales Manager – B2B to support dealer partners in mobility and wireless sales. This remote role involves extensive travel for in-person coaching and training, as well as virtual sessions to enhance sales strategies and performance.

Responsibilities
Travel extensively to deliver in-person coaching, training, and mentorship to dealer partners’ sales teams
Work alongside dealer representatives in the field to support live sales efforts and provide real-time coaching
Conduct virtual training sessions and performance calls to reinforce sales strategies and best practices
Plan and coordinate travel by collaborating with dealer partners to schedule upcoming meetings and field visits
Prepare and submit timely, detailed internal reports on dealer visits, activity, and performance metrics
Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies and deliver optimal results for dealer partners
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in B2B D2D sales
Deep knowledge of mobility and wireless solutions
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class results for dealer partners
National travel is required 75% of the time
