In this position, you will oversee the Dental Hygiene program, ensuring instructional quality, regulatory compliance, and effective leadership across faculty, curriculum, and student outcomes.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight for the Dental Hygiene program

Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and institutional policies

Support faculty through coaching, evaluation, and collaboration

Oversee curriculum planning, course delivery, and student assessment

Maintain strong relationships with campus leadership and external partners

Guide continuous improvement efforts within the program

Assist with hiring, onboarding, and development of faculty as needed

Promote a positive, student-centered learning environment

Required

Master's degree required

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist

At least 2 years of teaching experience in dental hygiene or related education

Minimum 1 year of leadership experience (lead instructor, coordinator, or administrative role)

Active RDH and applicable state credentials (as required)

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
