Responsibilities
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of researchers, engineers, and domain experts to bridge AI innovation with practical solutions
Develop cutting-edge AI algorithms designed for resource-constrained environments
Prototype and validate solutions, using both software simulations and hands-on hardware, to demonstrate feasibility and performance
Stay abreast of state-of-the-art algorithms and research advances in areas relevant to Analog Devices
Qualification
Required
PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
Experience in two or more of the following areas: Developing, deploying, and optimizing AI models using frameworks and tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-based AI platforms
Experience in two or more of the following areas: Modern AI architectures and training paradigms
Experience in two or more of the following areas: Deploying and optimizing models on constrained hardware using Techniques such as quantization, pruning, distillation, or on-device retraining
Experience in two or more of the following areas: Computer architecture, AI accelerators, and/or model compilation
Experience in two or more of the following areas: Analog, mixed-signal, and/or RF circuit design
Preferred
3+ years of industry experience developing and deploying machine learning models
Strong publication record in top conferences and/or journals
