Participate in training experiences and learn new skills
Demonstrate increasing proficiency and expertise with managerial responsibilities
Assist the Manager in all aspects of daily shift management
Increase customer satisfaction by improving vehicle wash speed and quality
Increase bottom line revenue by enhancing extra-service sales and maintaining labor percentages
Obtain full utilization of production procedures and increase task performance per person
Decrease problems with equipment and chemicals
Qualification
Required
Must have your own reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Weekend reliability – one weekend day required
