Responsibilities
Ensure compliance to inventory procedure
Accurately counting for assigned locations
Assist and perform investigation process to resolve inventory issues
Adopt and follow up the ISI safe protocol for the warehouse and production areas
Perform Batch Description (DB) of material by Variance Request (VR's) Verify quantities of VR's performed by Changeover
Audit Scrap reported by Changeover in the Material Transfer Form (MT) Assist in activities related with materials purge
Scrap material separation based on the request of the inventory analyst or supervisor
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Cycle counter, Warehouse or Assembly technician experience. Inventory control knowledge
Experience with warehouse tools and equipment including forklift
Self-motivated, detail oriented with the ability to work with minimum supervision
Basic English (written/spoken). Knowledge of MS office
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication and documentation skills
Ability to lift material up to 50 lbs
Extensive walking and repetitive physical motion (squatting, bending, lifting) is required
Minimum High School / Technical career
Ability to work flexible hours
Preferred
SAP knowledge is desirable
Driving experience desirable but not required
