Provides technical expertise in template building and serves as a key resource for template-related changes and configurations across the health system
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Four (4) years of clinical/healthcare operations experience required
Experience with healthcare systems
Demonstrated template building experience
Strong technical aptitude and understanding of medical scheduling
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder requests
Proven track record of follow-through and project completion
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
AA/AS degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field preferred
Microsoft Office proficiency preferred
Epic Cadence certification preferred
Epic Schedule Strategy End User badge preferred
Process improvement certifications preferred
