Responsibilities
Lead and manage all phases of mechanical construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
Serve as the primary client interface, ensuring clear communication and successful project delivery
Oversee BIM coordination and collaborate with design teams to resolve technical and field challenges
Ensure projects meet company standards for safety, quality, and profitability
Provide mentorship and leadership to Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and field teams
Support preconstruction and business development efforts by providing technical input and cost insights
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7 years of experience managing commercial mechanical (HVAC and plumbing) projects
Proven success delivering $10M–$30M+ mechanical scopes in commercial or institutional settings
Deep understanding of project engineering, cost control, submittals, RFIs, and procurement processes
Proficiency in construction management platforms such as Procore, BlueBeam, or Smartsheet
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred
