Customer Service Agent
Style Netbox is a marketing agency that partners with brands to redefine their potential. They are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional service as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and troubleshooting
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with a focus on customer satisfaction
Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus
Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
