Responsibilities
Primary liaison to the FOX payroll department and Cast & Crew
Responsible for all payroll and time tracking matters for TMZ employees, to include oversight of timecard submissions and adherence to payroll deadlines
Initiates pay actions, such as pay increases, promotions, or terminations as instructed
Initiates onboarding for regular full-time and temporary new hires
Manage communications regarding payroll deadlines or other updates provided by FOX payroll
Prepare reports for senior management, Human Resources, and other departments as required
Assist Lead Accountant with required uploads, reporting, and audits as instructed
Provide administrative, clerical and project support to the accounting department as directed
Ensure data accuracy
Manage Workday or other system related issues with appropriate support staff
Coordinate with other departments as needed on payroll related matters
Qualification
Required
College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
1 – 3 years of accounts payable experience
General knowledge of accounting procedures
Highly organized and strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in data entry and management
Solid communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management
Prior Workday experience required
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and Abobe Sign
Preferred
Experience with production accounting software PSL a plus
