LV Collective is seeking an Asset Management Analyst/Associate to enhance the value of their national asset portfolio through strategic analysis and financial planning. The role involves supporting the Asset Management team with operational insights, market research, and data-driven recommendations to improve asset performance and investor outcomes.

Responsibilities

Facilitate transactions by compiling and reviewing due diligence materials and drafting responses to inquiries from brokers and potential investors

Perform financial analyses to evaluate impacts of strategic decisions, such as refinancings and recapitalizations, on returns, yields, and financing covenants across the LV portfolio

Review financial reporting packages, identify key performance drivers and shortfalls, and produce investment reports for internal leadership and capital partners

Work with LV’s operations and property accounting teams, as well as other key internal stakeholders to meet deadlines for internal and external reporting

Support the Asset Management team with analytical and operational assistance across LV’s leasing and marketing, financial planning and analysis, and property operations platforms

Coordinate with the Operations team to analyze and assess proposed operating budgets for LV deals and benchmark properties’ performance to them throughout the academic year

Monitor macro and micro-market leasing trends, evaluate LV’s performance against the market, and recommend adjustments to leasing strategies and rates

Travel to LV’s active markets to assess the performance of LV’s assets and conduct competitor analyses

Contribute to LV’s Retail leasing process by conducting LOI reviews, participating in lease negotiations, and maintaining tenant relationships
