Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing finance team and invest time in Finance citizenship opportunities
Partner with the business team to develop long-term strategies and new initiatives
Partner across organizations to define financial and non-financial trade-offs in ambiguous environments
Collaborate with key stakeholders in international countries and central teams to drive global standardization of metric and reporting definitions
Manage and develop scalable financial tools that align and simplify monthly business reviews, annual planning, and forecasting processes

Required

10+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
5+ years of team leadership, hiring and development experience

MBA, or CPA
Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis
