Client Service Associate
Wealth Enhancement is an independent wealth management firm dedicated to enriching clients' lives through personalized financial planning. The Client Service Associate will manage client experiences, prepare financial paperwork, and support account review processes while acting as a liaison between clients and financial advisors.

Responsibilities
Support the Managing Director and clients by leading and implementing the client service model
Facilitate new account set up at the custodial and broker dealer level; follow up on fund transfers
Responds to and resolve client requests; complete necessary financial paperwork to execute client recommendations, change beneficiaries, establish trusts, etc
Ensures accurate completion of prospect / new client paperwork/set up
Maintains (CRM) database and client files (Filing, copies, data input)
Research and follow up on any issues with the Broker/Dealer, WEG Operations, and vendors
Record incoming assets to the appropriate blotting tool
Learn Company product suitability guidelines, financial operational processes, and financial sales processes
Support client service functions for all teams as requested
Qualification
Required
0-2 years of customer service /administrative experience within a wealth management/financial administration
Willingness to obtain a CFP certification
Strong interpersonal skills required to develop team and client relationships
Professional presence and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and process
Good problem-solving skills, ability to work with deadlines and prioritize work
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Preferred
4-year degree preferred
Salesforce experience a plus
