The Personal Assistant to the Executive provides comprehensive administrative and personal support to ensure the efficient operation of the executive’s daily activities in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events

Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone communications on behalf of the executive

Prepare, organize, and manage documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials

Run errands and coordinate personal tasks remotely to support the executive’s professional and personal needs

Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal and external stakeholders

Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Anticipate needs and proactively resolve administrative or logistical issues

Preferred

Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
