Administrative Assistant
Dekker is hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our talented team. The role involves facilitating the efficient operation of the assigned area by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks for the office and acting as the first point of contact for clients and representatives.

Responsibilities
Welcomes and directs visitors as first point of engagement upon arrival
Maintains cleanliness and organization of common areas and shared spaces
Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment
Maintains security and access control system, as well as other assigned technical equipment and services
Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for local employees
Coordinates with and assists HR and IT personnel as necessary
Assists with proofreading, editing, formatting, and finalization of documents as needed
Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
Maintains filing systems and design library as assigned
Coordinates and executes office presentations, parties, and events
Serves as main point of contact for product representatives
Identifies and communicates out progress, accomplishments, challenges, and support needed to complete responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software
Ability to work and manage tasks independently
Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping, filing, and scheduling
Preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent plus two years' previous relevant office administrative experience desired
