Responsibilities
Prioritizes development activities with dealers and accesses resources to support
Ensure adequate capability and capacity are in place at the dealers to deliver services growth
Developing in-depth knowledge of organizational products and programs, as well as capabilities of team members within the department
Implement test plans, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, conduct after failure analysis, commission new sales, provide onsite training, and be an advocate for the customer
Provide notable customer benefit and become a key input to internal priorities
Work with all levels of the value chain from the customer, packager, dealer, and design controls
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree plus 1-2 years hands-on experience in large equipment with experience in operation, testing, and/or troubleshooting, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Motivated to support the customer and data driven
Application experience in power systems offerings such as diesel, natural gas, dual fuel, motors, powertrain, hybrid solutions, energy storage, system integration
MS Office Skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Strong Communication Skills
Preferred
Experience with Caterpillar products and use of troubleshooting tools (CAT ET, CANape, etc.)
Engineering degree or equivalent field experience
Direct experience in one or more: Large Engines, Transmissions, System Integration
5+ years oil and gas experience
Application experience across multiple P&E commercial segments
Experience across multiple product lines (large engines, transmissions, well service pumps, motors, controls, power generation, other)
