Oversee administrative and facilities’ related needs of the office

Provide event planning support for our internal and external All Employee Meetings and Charity events

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required

Strong communication skills; verbal, written and telephone

Well organized, dependable and team-oriented with the ability to prioritize and work effectively with all departments

Good interpersonal skills and high sense of urgency

Comfortable working at a varying pace, adjusting priorities often and managing frequent interruptions

Preferred

Previous experience in facilities or office management experience preferred as is supervisory and project management experience

Bachelor's degree preferred
