Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Infor CloudSuite ERP and related enterprise applications, ensuring system uptime, performance, and compliance with SLAs
Lead ERP integration projects, including third-party tools (e.g., WMS) and support the implementation of a 3PL service
Oversee troubleshooting and root cause analysis for ERP and integrated systems, coordinating with vendors and internal teams
Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions, including enhancements and reporting
Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency across enterprise systems
Coordinate testing and deployment activities for ERP upgrades, integrations, and bi-annual releases, ensuring smooth execution and user adoption

Required

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite ERP, including module implementations and integrations
Proven expertise in API development and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) for ERP integrations
Strong knowledge of Infor integration tools and ability to lead ERP-related projects from both business and technical perspectives

Preferred

Master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
