Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the nursing team and leadership
Coordinate medical appointments for the individuals served with providers and ensure transportation is arranged
Maintain accurate physical and electronic filing systems, including charts
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls
Perform data entry in agency specific system for accurate reporting
Greet and assist visitors, staff, and clients professionally
Prepare documents, make copies, and provide general office support
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
2–3 years of administrative or office support experience
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
Strong multitasking and organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to keep self and others organized
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, responsible, and committed to producing high-quality work
