Workforce Solutions Advisor

They are seeking a Workforce Solutions Advisor to conduct high-volume outbound sales and business development activities, sell staffing and workforce solutions, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound sales and business development activities
Sell staffing and workforce solutions to new and existing clients
Lead discovery meetings to identify client needs and pain points
Present and propose customized solutions aligned with client goals
Negotiate contracts to maximize short- and long-term value
Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and sales forecasts
Educate clients and prospects on services and solutions
Qualification
Required
Sales experience required
Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
Proven ability to build relationships and manage multiple priorities
Excellent phone-based sales skills with a sense of urgency
Strong business judgment in fast-paced environments
Effective time management and follow-through skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Openness to real-time feedback and continuous improvement
Preferred
staffing or property management experience highly preferred
