Responsibilities
Respond to a wide range of customer inquiries regarding invoices
Resolve moderately complex customer issues and complaints
Verify and update representation and billing information
Assist with account updates and changes
Revise and void invoices related to representation
Provide detailed product and service information
Document and escalate unresolved issues as needed
Update and maintain customer records
Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
Adhere to compliance and quality standards
Implement and adhere to administrative procedures and policies
Qualification
Required
Enhanced Communication: Ability to convey information clearly and professionally
Customer Relationship Management: Demonstrates ability to build rapport with customers
Intermediate Problem-Solving: Analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Organizational Skills: Must be very detail oriented with strong organizational skills
High aptitude in Mathematics
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Advanced Product Knowledge: Good understanding of multiple product/service features
Must be computer literate; Intermediate level skills with MS Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook are required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree and/or 2 years equivalent experience accounting/bookkeeping preferred
QA Understanding: Knowledge of quality assurance standards
