Responsibilities
Develop and prototype new functionalities for new AI technologies
Lead technical planning efforts by defining scope, assessing complexity, and shaping architecture for solutions
Stay ahead of emerging technologies by researching, testing, and benchmarking advancements in AI and related fields
Collaborate with engineering teams to synchronize backend and frontend development, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure smooth integration across platforms
Contribute across the stack to maintain and review web and server applications during major releases and team absences
Promote best engineering practices meeting internal standards, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of improvement
Qualification
Required
8+ years of professional experience in full stack development, with expertise in typescript and NodeJS
Strong understanding of Typescript and functional programming principles
Hands-on experience with integrating and experimenting with machine learning technologies
Familiarity with additional languages, such as Python
Experience working with large language models (LLMs) and embedding techniques
Knowledge of MongoDB or other relational database systems
Previous experience with mentoring or taking lead on a project
