Responsibilities

Working closely with Senior Human Capital Business Partners on Human Capital strategy and key projects which could include data analysis requests, headcount planning, talent management projects, diversity initiatives, training and professional development, compensation frameworks, mid-year and year-end roundtable processes, year-end compensation process, succession planning, and engagement surveys
Managing headcount reporting/tracking with the Compensation and FP&A teams, including managing open roles and other key Workforce Planning
Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruiting activities including but not limited to offer composition and approvals and on-boarding and new hire assimilation
Managing all immigration cases within business area coverage
Working with our Employee Relations team supporting employee relations matters, as appropriate
Working closely with employees during onboarding and offboarding processes and addressing Benefits questions in partnership with our Benefits team
Provide data-driven insights and project management support to help leaders make informed talent decisions
Act as a trusted advisor, problem-solver, and advocate for both employees and leaders

Required

Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field
3-5 years of Human Resources experience preferred, ideally in a professional services, financial services, or technology-driven organization
Strong emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and the ability to influence and build credibility without formal authority
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to develop trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage with individuals across all levels in a clear, concise, and professional manner
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Outstanding organization and project management skills to manage multiple demands while prioritizing time efficiently and remaining attentive to detail
Collaborative and adaptable mindset with a genuine interest in learning and growing within a strategic HR function; comfortable navigating change and ambiguity in a fast-paced, global environment
Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
