Responsibilities

Own and manage strategic relationships with assigned HCM partners, primarily UKG and ADP
Build and maintain relationships with partner field sales, overlays, customer success, product teams, and partner leadership
Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through active field engagement and co-sell execution
Collaborate closely with Fountain Account Executives to qualify, position, advance, and close joint opportunities
Serve as the primary partner-facing sales contact while Fountain Account Executives retain deal ownership
Work directly with UKG and ADP field sellers on active opportunities, including deal strategy and positioning
Represent Fountain in joint customer meetings and partner-led sales motions
Develop and maintain partner account plans aligned to pipeline and revenue goals
Manage partner-focused pipeline, reporting, and forecasting in Salesforce
Partner with Solutions Consulting to support partner-led demos and customer presentations
Coordinate with Marketing on joint field programs, events, and partner enablement initiatives
Provide feedback to Product and GTM leadership on partner needs, competitive dynamics, and integration opportunities
Participate in partner meetings, QBRs, and field events

Required

5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, strategic partnerships, or alliances
Direct experience working with UKG and/or ADP in a sales or co-sell capacity
Demonstrated success co-selling alongside UKG or ADP field sales teams or partner organizations
Strong understanding of talent acquisition and frontline workforce technology
Working knowledge of related HCM domains such as onboarding, workforce management, or payroll
Proven ability to influence enterprise sales outcomes without owning the customer contract
Experience managing pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce
Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed organizations
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, high-growth environment
