Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive test strategy document that covers all data exchange scenarios, structured execution schedules, and specific test data requirements
Create formal test plans and detailed test cases for all integrated systems
Manage and maintain the test execution schedule specifically for Workday integrations
Define and manage the full defect lifecycle—including tracking, validation, and retesting—within Azure DevOps
Produce a defect management plan summarizing encounter history, resolutions (resolved, deferred, or workaround), root cause analysis, and final sign-off summaries
Document and communicate all test results, project risks, and technical dependencies to the broader project team using Azure DevOps
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or related technical role
Experience developing and documenting comprehensive test strategies
Proven experience using Azure DevOps (or similar tools)
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Preferred
Prior experience with Workday is highly preferred
