Responsibilities
Serve as the on-site HR contact for employees and managers, fostering an inclusive and supportive culture
Manage employee relations issues, addressing workplace concerns promptly and effectively
Lead onboarding for new hires, including documentation, orientation, Dayforce system support, and benefits enrollment
Support HR initiatives such as open enrollment and other organizational programs
Ensure compliance with employment laws and wage/hour regulations
Collaborate with the People Team and participate in HR projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR or HR Generalist role
Experience with employment laws and wage/hour regulations required
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems; Ceridian/Dayforce experience a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build relationships and support a positive workplace environment
Preferred
California HR certification strongly preferred, but not required
