The Litigation Summer Law Clerk position offers an opportunity to gain experience in supporting a fast-paced team in civil litigation, assisting lawyers with legal research, drafting pleadings, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth legal and factual research to support active cases
Analyze legal and factual issues to provide critical insights for case strategies
Review documents for relevancy and legal issues, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Assist attorneys with discovery processes, trial preparation, and trial-related tasks, gaining hands-on experience in litigation
Collaborate with attorneys on drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and case strategy discussions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Currently enrolled as a law student for the 2025-2026 academic year at an accredited law school
Demonstrated experience or a strong interest in litigation and trial practice
Highly organized, goal-oriented, and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong legal research, writing, and oral communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
Preferred
Familiarity with litigation processes is a plus
Previous work in a professional, fast-paced environment is preferred
