The recruiter will be responsible for full cycle recruitment of skilled trades talent, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with internal teams to meet staffing goals.

Responsibilities
Create and post job descriptions/requisitions to our career portal and relevant job boards
Develop and execute recruiting strategies tailored to current and forecasted project needs
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using multiple channels (job boards, networking, referrals, etc)
Conduct interviews to assess technical knowledge, skills, work history and cultural fit
Verify employment references and facilitate wage negotiations
Coordinate with onboarding team to ensure smooth transitions for new hires
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure staffing goals are met
Ensure compliance in accordance with internal policies and industry standards and regulations
Provide ongoing support to field employees and contribute to employee retention initiatives
Maintain accurate records of candidate data, recruitment activity, and employee engagement
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills and the knowledge of, or ability to learn basic office software
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
Must be able to work standard business hours aligned to the Eastern Time Zone
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Familiarity with the construction industry and/or skilled trade knowledge
