Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of enterprise and pyramid-level segmentation strategies that inform assortment and merchandising decisions
Analyze and synthesize guest, market, and financial data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
Partner closely with Buying, Planning, Inventory, Space & Presentation, Insights, Assortment Planning, and Stores to embed segmentation insights into core business routines
Centralize insights from multiple data sources and teams to provide a clear, holistic point of view for partners
Develop clear, compelling data visualizations and narratives to communicate insights, risks, and opportunities
Track and communicate the impact of recommendations using key performance indicators such as market share, assortment productivity, and profitability
Adapt to changing priorities and ambiguity while maintaining focus on business outcomes and deadlines

Required

Four-year degree in Business, Merchandising, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in Merchandising, Planning, Category Management, Strategy/Consulting, Consumer or Guest Insights, or related roles
Strong analytical and strategic skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
Strong data visualization and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messages to a variety of audiences and leadership levels
Proven collaboration and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence without authority and partner effectively across functions
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with competing priorities and ambiguity
