Responsibilities

Onboard Restaurants
Lead restaurants from kickoff to go-live
Translate messy real-world operations into a clean, working system
Make FIRST feel indispensable from day one
Build Relationships & Grow Accounts
Become a trusted partner to restaurant owners and operators
Identify upsell opportunities as accounts scale
Retain and expand accounts through real relationships, not scripts
Be the Voice of the Customer
Communicate feedback directly to the CEO and engineering team
Help shape product decisions based on real-world usage
Close the loop between restaurant reality and software development

Qualification

Required

Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the restaurant or delivery industry
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to become a trusted partner to restaurant owners and operators
Ability to identify upsell opportunities as accounts scale
Excellent communication skills to convey feedback to the CEO and engineering team
Experience in onboarding and supporting clients through complex processes
Ability to translate real-world operations into effective systems
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage difficult conversations
Familiarity with modern software tools, including Google Workspace, Slack, and Linear
Demonstrated ability to follow through on commitments and deliver results
Optimistic attitude with resilience and grit to handle challenges
