Responsibilities

Preparing planning/study documents, preliminary and detailed designs, permitting packages, and engineering reports
Designing site civil layouts, grading, drainage (hydrology and hydraulics), utilities, and erosion control systems
Reviewing designs and collaborating with project teams from concept through construction

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a ABET-accredited program
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Proven experience in Site layout
Proven experience in Grading and drainage design
Proven experience in Stormwater design
Proven experience in Utility and conveyance layout and design
Proven experience in Roadway and pavement design
Proven experience in Erosion and sedimentation control design
Proven experience in Stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) development
Experience assembling and reviewing construction drawings and specifications
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment

Preferred

Proficiency CADD tools such as Microstation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D
Familiarity with one or more of the following drainage modeling software StormWise, Storm & Sanitary, Culvert Master, Flow Master
