Clinical Documentation Reviewer/Data Entry
The US Oncology Network, specifically Virginia Oncology Associates, is dedicated to cancer care and blood disorders. They are seeking a Research Data Coordinator to manage patient reporting, data submission, and support clinical research activities.

Responsibilities
Keeps current all applicable patient reporting and tracking functions
Extrapolates data, completes case report forms, and ensures timely data submission in accordance with SOPs
Actively prepares for and participates in monitoring and auditing activities
May assist with screening patients for potential study enrollment
Assists with patient scheduling for procedures required to maintain protocol compliance
Assists with coordinating patient follow-up visits and timely data submission
Maintains research records in a confidential manner according to all applicable regulations
Orders and maintains research supplies
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Medical office experience required
Knowledge of medical terminology required
Preferred
At least 3 years of medical office experience preferred, preferably in oncology
Minimum of one year experience as a data coordinator strongly preferred
SoCRA or ACRP certification preferred
