Responsibilities

Investigate maritime‑related incidents, including property damage and personal injury

Represent clients through all phases of incident response-from initial investigation to litigation and appeal

Draft and file pleadings, motions, and briefs

Conduct legal research and manage written discovery

Take and defend depositions; appear in court for hearings and trials

Provide clients with strategic guidance for resolving disputes, both in and outside of litigation

Participate in settlement negotiations and mediations

Draft coverage opinions and related correspondence

Represent clients across all stages of bad faith litigation, from intake to trial

Draft and file pleadings, motions, and briefs

Conduct depositions and appear at court hearings

Advise clients on their rights and strategic options

Participate in settlement negotiations and mediations
